It took the big wind storm to get us going. The realtor put the price of $129,900 on the house. That is almost exactly the total of what the house cost 15 years ago plus the cost of additions we put in such as the sun porch, garage, cabin, and some professional remodeling.
There is not much hope of a quick sale so we expect to enjoy many more pleasant days there. Our German visitors called it "Paradies" when they visited. With colorful birds coming to the feeders and swans swimming on the lake, it is a bird-watcher's dream.
Personally I think the house is going to sell fast. It is a very reasonable price. I think it is worth much more. D
