Sweet Potato Sensations

Every time we are in the Detroit area we get sweet potato pies to take home and a couple of sweet potato tarts to eat immediately. Come and see us at the apartment and have a piece! (I don't think there are any dishes left at the house.) There are a couple more inspections before we will have closing on the house deal but everything looks good for turning the keys over in three or four weeks. There are two beds and four chairs still at the house so we can stay there comfortably until closing. We pack and clean and water the grass, etc., and then rest on the sunporch and enjoy the view. At this time of year the sunsets are almost directly over the lake. When we leave for the last time, John Deere will go to a new home. He will be in good capable hands and will get excellent care.
