So far, so good
The family that is buying the house came to visit this afternoon. They are lovely people. Their son is about 10 years-old. They said that they had looked at many homes in several states but this was their choice. They found it on the Internet. They are coming from a smaller place so are happy that we want to leave some furniture here. We are content that they will love being here as much as we have.

That is so nice that you were able to meet the people. This is the perfect time for them to enjoy the house. The beautiful sunsets and the beautiful scenery (water) I just knew that house would sell quickly because the price was right and the location is ideal. D
