How is the weather where you are?

One morning last week it got down to 44 degrees (F). Brrr! All the fake snowmen, icicles and snowflakes almost looked like they belonged here.

It seems Christmas time is thought of as a cold northern event. When I checked the forecast for Bethlehem, it runs in the mid 50's around this time of year. It must have been Bing Crosby or Santa Claus who came up with the dream of a white Christmas.

  1. I have been watching the weather report in your area. I guess you haven't been tempted to take a dip in the Atlantic Ocean. DEP

  2. Brrrrr! But we have a light layer of snow up here in Michigan, so you're better off down there!

  3. I remember at Christmas in the mobile home park where Mom & Dad lived all the natives put out these bags with candles and lit them up and down the street and along their driveways. It was very scenic and Christmassy without snow. Do they still do that in Florida? In answer to your question - it was Santa because of being a North Pole guy, he and the reindeer were accustomed to snow & ice. rb
