We're back from the hospital and my left eye is covered with a patch. I'm relying on touch typing so I'll probably find typos a-plenty when I get reading glasses. Anyway I am so thankful for the skill of the doctor and nurses and the genius scientists who developed the instruments and drugs that made this surgery possible.
I have audio books from the library , the radio and a web-site where I can listen to German hymns all day. So I'm all set to take it easy for a few days.
