"Cold Spell"
Last night the weatherman on TV said there would be three more nice days then a cold spell will be coming. The temperature has been in the 80's and 90's during the day since we got here and in three days temperatures are expected to plummet to the 70's. We're tough, we can take it!
Frosty, the snowman is back again this year. He looks as happy as we are to be visiting here from the north. Every year it strikes me as ironic that southerners go to such trouble to make it look like there is ice and snow here when we came 1266 miles to get away from it.

We've been getting into the high 60s at night in Mililani. Great sleeping weather. have enough blankets. But here we have no furnaces, so hoping it doesn't get too much cooler. RB

ReplyDeleteI recall seeing one religious decoration in Bradenton today. It was "Christ's Birthday" spelled out on a wall in lights. I think it was the wall of a salvage business. What about your area?
