This is the sixth house I have sold in my lifetime and there have been more inspections this time than all of the others put together. As far as I know, all the reports are complete and the bank has to decide whether to give a mortgage to the buyers. The condition of the house is nearing perfection. Today we cleaned the pan under the refrigerator and washed the shutters at the windows outside. Now we are going to South Haven and get a hot fudge sundae at McDonald's drive up window and take it to the beach at Lake Michigan and watch the boats and kite flyers.
Yummmm, hot fudge--we remember those and can see the boats as they pass--in our photos and wonderful memories of our visits to South Haven with you 2. Great you passed all inspections. Now lets hope ND gets some good passes in during their game Sat. at Purdue,8:00PM. Early for us late for you. Love R and H.
ReplyDeleteHope you had beautiful weather at the South Haven beach today! Here in Minnesota it was rainy, so the dog and the dog walker came back from a trip around the block damp and chilled. The beach at Lake Michigan is beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation there this past summer. Love, Linda
ReplyDeleteAtom: I am happy that now everything comes to an end. Nevertheless, I look forward to the sale with a laughing and crying eye to the sale. During our trip we were thrilled by the Southarbor. You´re also going after the sode with Marilyn still to Südhafen. Renate says: lf you could have invited us, we would take over the cleaning.
ReplyDeleteAtom: Fine day Linda! I am glad that you are with us once again. Do you are with us once again. Do you write from your computer or from your parents? Bye. See you soon.
