Sister had a good night's sleep last night and a good session in physical therapy this morning. She walked to her room from PT using the walker, a distance of about half a city block.
We are acquainted with most of the Sisters who are patients. Little by little we are also getting to know some of the others. The Detroit Tiger fan that you saw in a previous blog is very friendly as is another gent who is a Detroit Red Wing hockey fan. Sports are a wonderful source of conversation. I think I'll suggest to Sister that she wear her Notre Dame garments and see what happens.
